Participated in dozens of trainings, workshops, seminars in the area of human potential, personal transformation, communication, learning skills, education and leadership development in Nepal, Bombay and the U.S.A. Currently researching and studying how the principles, practices and techniques in meditation can be used in management, leadership, in training of consultants and coaches and in transforming sex energy.

Leadership:

1975-90 Co-founded Pokhara Jaycees and served the organization as a Secretary (’75-‘77), Chapter President (’78),

National Vice President (’79) and National President elect of Nepal Jaycees in1990.

1987-88 Founder President of SAFE (Schools\' Association For Education) now named as the PABSON (Private &

Boarding Schools\' Organization), Kaski District.

1993 Founded the Partners In Education with Ravi Pradhan (The Karuna Management, Kathmandu) now

registered as Partners In Education & Development Nepal (PED-Nepal) in Kaski with Ram c. Baral.

1979 Founded the Mount Annapurna School, the first school under private initiative and funding in Pokhara, Nepal.

1988 Founded the Junior Citizens\' Academy, a co-ed residential school at Arghaun, Lekhnath Municipality,

Subburb of Pokhara City, Nepal.

1992 Founded the Mount Annapurna Science Campus in Pokhara, Nepal.

1981-2005 As a facilitator and course leader, have traveled to more than 40 local Jaycee chapters, youth clubs and

social organizations in more than 35 districts to lead workshops and seminars in Personal, Leadership

Development, Education Management, Teachers Training, TOT, Network Marketing, Political Leaders and

their cadres training of Nepali Congress and Tarun Dal- NC Cadres.
