  ‘Leadership for Positive Change’- a one-day leadership training program hosted jointly by Kathmandu Jaycees and Sitapaila Jaycees at Phalsa Training Centre, BabarMahal in Kathmandu on 28th August, 2006(12th Bhadra, 2063). The training was participated by 25 participants mostly Jaycee members and their colleagues from both the Chapters. The focus of the training was to have the participants see the essence of positive attitudes at work and in everyday way of being. Mr. Bikal Sherchan and Mrs. Usha Singh co-led the workshop.
