Relationships: Making Them Work (Part I)
The Patan Lady Jaycees has invited NILD to conduct a One day course on Relationship: Making Them Work for their members, family and associates. on 2nd of Mangsir, 2063 (18th Nov, 2006) Saturday. This course will be led by Mr. Bikal Sherchan and co-led by Mrs. Usha Malla Singh.
The program was participated by 24 young men and women, few married and the rest unmarried. The distinctions to be made was Relationship as a concept versus relationship as a reality. Relationship is ugly while Relating is beautiful in the sense that once relation is defined, people tend to take each other for granted and expect a particular role from each other. While in relating, both the couple have the opportunity to invent, create a more meaningful approach to improving their realtionship. Relating is in the present moment, and our actions can be shaped to keep our relationships live, thrilling and exciting. |
