PGP # II Seminar Series (2-days each) Personal Growth ProgramPGP # II Seminar Series (2-days each)
Seminar Programs provides ongoing coaching and practice in bringing your dreams and possibilities into reality, not by virtue of our past abilities or knowledge but by virtue of our stand or commitment.
II (A) Creativity: Living At Risk
to risk the predictable, the tried and true; to commit ourselves in the face of indifference or complacency; to take action in spite of what’s uncertain or unknown. The heart of creativity is courage-courage to open ourselves to new possibilities. In this program, you will tap into that creativity that generates spontaneity, confidence and a real freedom to act. You will be coached in expressing intentions powerfully, and in putting them into action in your every day affairs.
II (B) Accomplishment: From Vision to Action
Accomplishment is the difference between seeing what’s possible and taking the action required to fulfill it. Accomplishment begins with vision; between its start and its outcome there is accountability, leadership, courage, innovation and performance-a freedom to commit, to create, to make something happen.
In this seminar, you will have a new ability to initiate, sustain and complete projects commensurate with your vision –with what you say can be done.
II (C) Vitality: Being Alive
Vitality is more than feeling good. It’s vigor, strength and momentum in the face of challenge: a sense of well-being and power in the opportunity of the moment. Vitality doesn’t occur as an accident, nor as something we work on or acquire. Rather it’s a way of being that lies fully within our grasp-a confidence that we are more than a match for whatever each day presents. In this seminar, you will gain access to vitality as the energy and power to convert goals to reality, with enthusiasm, velocity and ease
II (D) Commitment: The Power of Your Word
Commitment is the stuff heroes and leaders: the backbone, the strength and the drive of achievement and success. Commitment is the triumph of possibility over resignation, of creation over mere change, the triumph of your word and deed over circumstance, explanations, and the reasons why “it can’t be done.By participating in the seminar, you will get to know the real and immediate
impact of giving and keeping your word-and will gain practice and mastery in the kind of committed speaking and action that leads to breakthroughs and delivers on what you intend.
II (E) Excellence: From Complaint to Possibility
Excellence is thought to be a matter of skill, knowledge or effort. In fact, it is not. Excellence is an expression of the stand we are-a reflection of how consistently our world is realized in real outcomes in the world around us.In this Seminar, you will translate practical concerns, complaints, and problems into concrete opportunities, and will construct and carry out a plan of action
to deliver powerfully on your stand.
II (F) Sex And Intimacy: Predicament or Possibility
Sex and intimacy seem inextricably connected in a morass of love and attention, attraction and rejection, anxiety and desire, courtship and romance. We may view sex as a function of being intimate, or intimacy as a result of sex; but our lack of distinctions often leaves us disappointed, powerless to express ourselves freely to be fully known. In this program, you will explore the possibilities of sex and intimacy as means of expressing the joy and privilege of being with and giving yourself to another, and of having that gift fully received. You will rediscover the natural spontaneity and delight available to each of us in this special way of being related.
II (G) Youth At Risk Program
It is a naked truth that many thousands of young people in Nepal are in serious trouble. They are failing in school or have been expelled. They are dangerously violent. They break the law. They fight with their families. They are strong out on drugs or alcohol and even abuse their bodies being venerable to HIV/AIDs.
Their lives are, quite literally, at risk. For many teenagers and young adults, what could be a time of dreams and endless
possibilities becomes instead a time of anger and shutting down. Life on the streets holds little promise and leads to the conclusion: “Nothing I do makes any difference anyway, so why bother?”
The Youth at Risk Program is a transformational intervention into the problem of juvenile delinquency. The intervention produces not only a breakthrough in the lives of youth who participate; it also creates a new possibility for community response to the entire phenomenon.
We intend to work in collaboration with NGOs and Rehabilitation Centers across the country sharing and making available our methodologies in their quest to bring breakthroughs in the quality of their relationships and lives.

Our programs are designed to produce
a breakthrough-a shift in what is possible for human beings-and
to provide a pathway, a map, a series of clear-cut steps, that
leave you with access to living powerfully and living a life
you love. We stand for the very real possibility that anyone
can create a “better life” –a life that is
fully an expression of freedom and opportunity, of empowerment
and joy, of contribution and satisfaction.
The programs we offer are based on our personal study and training
at home and abroad, inquiry, observations, and experiences of
having led personal, leadership and organizational development
courses across the country during the past 25 years. It comprises
of four intergraded programs or modules designed as a whole,
building on one another yet each is complete in itself. The
heart of this curriculum is addressing the question “what
is the source of living powerfully and living a life you love?” |
