EDP # 7
(A 3-Day Motivational Program)
Introduction
Most of us in school business, private or public, school or college, know there is much peer pressure for students not to learn and that just getting by is their goal. Our observation and research says that most students are not learning at the competent "A" or "B" level. Term after term, our grading system attest to this fact. If we were to take a glance at their grades, the percent of students getting A's and B's and those getting C's D's and F's, we find that less than 20% of our students are achieving at competent levels. In some classes, the scenario is even worse.
This workshop is a collaborative effort of the wisdom and suggestions of world class educators, Master Facilitators and Management Consultants from whom our young minds can learn and benefit by incorporating their spirit in their everyday learning experiences.
