A 5-Day youth Leadership Camp on discovering your Inherent
Ability to
Lead a Healthy Sexual Life Free from HIV/AIDs & Sex Abuse
Introduction
That children are beginning to learn about and experiment with sex at an alarming young age as confused parents struggle for a response is a common feature of every day media. Also in Nepal, the media in this information age has taken the role of sex education. And so, fed with distorted images and messages in this information age our children are growing up alarmingly early, with dangerously wrapped notions of sexual behavior. School boys barely in their teens think they can seduce a girl, as they do on television. Girls are beginning to believe its ok to get physical. Its perverted sexual learning process that can permanently mar relationships with opposite sex. The tenderness of the first crush, the blossoming of relationship our children are growing up without knowing sex and love are meant to evolve.
One strong ground why the parents fear about imparting sex education is that neither the father nor the mother has any deep, conscious experience in the matter (sex). They themselves havent risen above the level of physical sex, and so they fear their children may become entangled at the same level as well. But isnt it possible our children are spoken to, if they are taught, if they are allowed to think freely for themselves, they may save themselves from dissipating their energy? They may conserve their energy. And they may transform it.
We, here at National Institute for Leadership Development (P) Ltd., invite our partner organizations to address these queries: What is this sex education? Why is it such a powerful disturbance in our lives? Why does it pervade our entire beings? Why do our lives revolve around it, even to the end? What is the source of this urge? A commitment to delve into these queries and many more should be an opening for understanding sex from the spiritual perspective.
This workshop brings to you the insights of the Great Mystic and Spiritual Guru Osho (Acharya Rajaneeesh) based upon Gurus groundbreaking work From Sex to Superconsciousness.
