Leadership- From- Within Corporate Leadership ProgramA 3-Day Corporate Leadership Training Program
LDP # 10
Introduction
Most people see leadership as the act of leading someone else. To us, leadership
begins with leading ourselves. It means finding out what will bring us fulfillment
not in isolation from others but in collaboration with them. The intention here
is to show that there are two kinds of leaders: leaders-from-without, who are
driven by fear, pressures, and elements beyond their control; and leaders-from-within,
who are moved by a desire to help, encourage, from, and realize shared visions.
During the three days, you are provide with concrete advice on how to move
through the five key steps, and includes lists of tips, fascinating stories
from eminent leaders, thought-provoking questions, and simple exercises to help
you "strengthen your leadership muscles."
This workshop is based up on Peter Urs Bender's Leadership from Within, Canada's
Presentation Guru, a leader and now one of Canada's top professional speakers.
