• What have you said? Who did you say to? When did you say it to them?
SHARING: Points to make during sharing:
THINKING/ HAVING THOUGHTS
Vision- What we have called our vision for the future is grounded in the
past.
- Having our past as opposed to our past having us.
- Being with/ Grant Being-being able to be with our own humanity as opposed to covering it up, changing, fixing, etc.

Session 6:
Declare Completion and possibility of new relationship with
education: Declare the possibility of inventing or creating your
relationship with education.

Paired Sharing

Session 7:
Possible Inquiries to Provide an Access to Creating a New Future.
Points to Make:
- New domain of inquiry
- Looking for new openings for action
- What is education?
- Narrowed education down to an answer.

Session 8:
The Education network and Creating Partnership

The Education Network

Session 9: Promises

Session 10:
No Answers/ Power vs. Force
-There are no answers for the commitments that you are.
-There are no answers, no strategies, no body of knowledge that
will guarantee the answer to the realization of that to which
you are committed.
- You are committed to that kind of thing for which there is no answer.
- You and I (human beings) are that there is an answer. We are addicted to answers. And that I must have that answer in order to realize the commitment that I have made.
- The point is that this is not about answers, a recipe, a prescription. Today is about empowerment.

Intention: Enroll them in standing for a breakthrough in their freedom.
Paired Sharing: In what areas are you committed to being freed up to act?

In this session, I will work with you all so that being committed provides a freedom.

Committed/ Resolute

What are you noticing?

Being with/ Grant Being
Intention of this Session: To provide the possibility of "being with."
Q. What are you noticing?
Q. What is it you have had difficulty granting being to?
Q. What is opening up for you?
Group Sharing: Q. What is opening up for you?

Session 11:
The Source of Education

Intention of this session: Enroll them in the possibility of being at
risk; empower their commitment to risky accomplishments.

Q. What opens up for you as you view education as a risky business?
Q. What is opening up for you in your list of what you are out to
accomplish?

Focus on the Generative Side of Education

Engage in the following Conversations:
o Invent
o Dwell
o Enroll

Two different kinds of Conversations:
o One that provides an opening in which learning can happen.
o The other provides no opening for learning to happen.
Rigor, Responsibility, and Accountability

Question about measurable goals.

Distinguish declaration.

Session 12:
Commitment/ Being Your Word
Intention: Enroll them in the necessity/possibility of honoring
one's word as one's self.

EDUCATION AS A NETWORK OF CONVERSATIONS

MAGIC/ BREAKTHROUGH/ POSSIBILITY

Who is a Hero?

Intention: Empower the participants to declare themselves as leaders.

LEADERSHIP FOR EDUCATION

Session 1:
Intention: To empower you to invent yourself as a leader for education
and to invent your project as a possibility and an opening for
action.

Group Sharing:
Q. What is happening for you? What is opening up for you? What
are you seeing from your work in the course so far?

Distinguish Coaching
Intention: Enroll people in being coachable and in being responsible for
bringing forth a sufficient at-stakeness.

Session 2:
What does leadership look like from possibility?
Result as Possibility versus Result as Actual

Create the distinction "Conversation for Possibility":
Invite People to: "Let fo of the Projects you Brought Here".

Exercise: Listen assessment vs. listen possibility
Paired Share: What you now see about listening as a powerful
CREATIVE action.

POSSIBILITY LIVES IN LISTENING

Break Assignments:

Session 3:
The "Project"
Intention: Create the distinction "project" with the participants.

I invite you to invent "project" as what unfolds possibility into
actual results.

• A project is PROJECTED- spoken, communicated.
There are no projects inside people's head.
• A declared "what" (specific conditions of satisfaction)
• A declared "by when."

POSSIBILITIES ARE FULFILLED THROUGH PROJECTS.

Practice Speaking your Project as a Possibility.
